Since 2007, Matt has been heavily involved in all aspects of the business. Starting out as the Operations Manager, and now as the Managing Director, Matt is responsible for the day to day running and management of Complete Wiring. He is also one of the first points of call for new customers and is heavily involved in project management for all customers and projects.

When it comes to electronics and manufacturing, Matt has a wealth of knowledge. As a licensed electrician, and with years of experience working in manufacturing, Matt’s in depth knowledge and experience enable him to provide customers with valuable insights and information about the design and manufacture of electronics. Always looking to expand his knowledgebase, Matt is currently studying an advanced diploma as well as undertaking an engineering degree.

Kath has been a valued member of the Complete Wiring production team since 2002. As the Production Manager, Kath is responsible for production planning, on time delivery, staff training as well as dealing with customer requests and coordinating the supply of materials as required to production.

Having worked in the electronics industry for over 20 years, in the United Kingdom and Australia, Kath too is a wealth of knowledge in electronics. In addition to her experience in electronics, Kath is also trained in a Certificate IV in Frontline Business Management. She enjoys being challenged on a daily basis and communicating with her customers at Complete Wiring.
