This depth of experience enables us to understand different industry needs and how to craft appropriate and innovative cable and wiring solutions.

At Complete Writing we don’t just make high-quality products, our solutions are backed by personal service and special attention to every project we work on.
Matt Rabbitt
Managing Director
Since 2007, Matt has been heavily involved in all aspects of our business. Starting out as the Operations Manager, and now as the Managing Director, Matt is responsible for the day-to-day running and management of Complete Wiring. He’s the first point of call for new customers and heavily involved in project management for all customers and projects.
When it comes to electronics and manufacturing, Matt is second-to-none. With a wealth of knowledge gained as a licensed electrician and his many years’ experience in manufacturing, Matt provides valuable insights and information about electronics design and manufacture. Always keen to expand his knowledge, Matt is currently studying for an advanced diploma and undertaking an engineering degree.
Gael Requier
Estimator
Our customers describe Gael as a great listener who understands their needs - which isn’t surprising given his extensive knowledge and experience in the cable and wiring industry. Along with an Advanced Diploma in Microtechnology (combining mechanical engineering and electronics), Gael previously worked as a Harness Designer for French car manufacturer Groupe PSA (Peugeot and Citroën) and Renault, designing harnesses from prototype to mass production.
Gael has been a Complete Wiring team member for three years and is at the heart of our production process. When we receive a new enquiry or project, Gael checks the scope of work, creates a production drawing, defines the tools needed to meet our quality standard and keeps customers informed with progress reports.
Gael loves the variety of projects and clients we work with and is well known for his positive attitude and ability to find solutions to any challenge that comes his way. So, if you have a cable or wiring project that requires some lateral thinking and technical expertise then give Gael a call.
