PowerDive Australia is a leading maker of Surface Supply Diving Systems for professional and recreational divers. These unique lightweight units enable users to work in and enjoy the water without the need to carry or fill heavy scuba tanks and are used by customers all over the world.

PowerDive’s cutting-edge products are 100% Australian-made and require an innovative cable solution that has been manufactured and supplied by Complete Wiring since 2004.

“Complete Wiring has worked closely with PowerDive in the development stages of our products to help determine and source the best electrical components to use within our product range, then pre-assembling these items ready for our manufacturing team to install”, said PowerDive Director Aaron Hawke.

Complete Wiring was asked to manufacture cable sets for a framework that would be in contact with saltwater and would provide reliable, long-term usage.

Working with its suppliers, Complete Wiring custom made a cable to withstand the harsh marine environment while meeting Australian and International Standards. The Complete Wiring team specified high quality connectors, switches and components that would be durable in challenging marine conditions.

As always, the quality of their work ensured the reliability of the sets for long term use and Complete Wiring also printed the PowerDive brand name on the cabling as an extra!
